So glad I finally found what kind of bird it is that we have around here in St Louis County, MO. Have been seeing it with less red on its breast for a couple of weeks, then tonight we just saw 3 or 4 of them, all looking like this one pictured and all at the same time! I pretty much knew it was a Cardinal, but husband wasn’t sure. Thank you for solving this confusing conflict. We have never seen these kind of baby Cardinals before.
