Description

We only found this hummer and her nest because we saw her fly into it. The nest was extremely well hidden among the leaves and branches, and difficult to find even when we knew where it was. Kudos to the little lady for doing a job with marvelous perseverance.

Excellent use of spider webs to adhere the nest to the branch. Looks like she still has some on her beak!
