Description

Canyon Wrens live in barns and other open buildings in our area of the TX hill country. We have had a pair living with us, and have closely observed them for over 10 years. This box is in the “shop-cave” and is used every year at least once. I have a blind set up and can get great nest photos. Due to their rock-climbing abilities, the adults can do what we call “yoga” grips on things as this mom is doing.
