  1. Rock dove(in a different form)

  2. Why did you post a photo of the same bird with id help?

  3. Texas Bird Family says:

Figured it was a Rock Pigeon. It was domestic.

    • Texas Bird Family says:

Poor thing… why didn’t it get out? 😢

    • Caleb Koser says:

Our wren got trapped in the mousetrap-it was still alive, breathing and I got him out,and the wren hopped on the ground. It got trapped on the neck, and I was glad it was still alive.

  4. Texas Bird Family says:

Did it live? Why didn’t it get out?

  5. Ava Johnson says:

    It’s heartbreaking that it died.
There are non-lethal ways to get rid of mice.Try to figure out why you have mice, for example, is it crumbs? Then eliminate the source of the problem.

  6. Most likely the problem was that the mice were looking for warmth in our garage. We keep the garage doors closed most of the time, but there are a lot of cracks. Hopefully this won’t happen again!

  7. Back to the pigeon news please!

  8. I don’t think it is a imperial pigeon.

  9. There is no such thing as a rock pigeon but such thing as a rock dove, not a rock pigeon. The term rock pigeon is used in common language but it actually refers to a rock dove.

  10. Ava Johnson says:

A Rock Dove and Rock Pigeon are the same thing. One is just a nickname.

  11. Texas Bird Family says:

    We call them Rock Pigeons.

  12. Anyway,it’s a rock(dove or pigeon).We know what it is,we don’t need any more ID.

  13. Texas Bird Family says:

    OK

  14. On the tag it says:black fence on pigeon, why the fence on the pigeon?

  15. Texas Bird Family says:

The tags sometimes do that. It’s annoying.

  16. I don’t think any pictures have 50 comments on it!

  17. 47 till a hundred!!
