    Hi there. We think the bird that built a nest in hanging planter is a Junco – it had 3 babies… can you tell if the pictures I send is Junco species?we live innNorth Burnaby B.C.

      Hi Stormee, Please feel free to send nest photos to We’ll do our best to help identify the nest, but keep in mind that more context clues may be helpful (such as your local state/province, habitat, etc.) and ID is not always guaranteed. Our best advice is to keep an eye on the nest from a distance to see if you can spot the adult returning to feed the young.
