Quick exit by Black-capped Chickadee during nest construction. This box built to NestWatch plans for titmouse/nuthatch. Chickadees like it just fine. The pole is located in a mossy area.
This week, a pair of House Wrens took possession of an empty nest box built to chickadee specifications!
