Description

I was out with my camera this evening, and I spotted a flock of gull flying around in a farm field. They have black heads and a white ring around their eyes. I’m sure they are either Franklin’s Gulls, Laughing Gulls, or Bonaparte’s Gulls. I don’t think they’re Bonaparte’s because they have more gray on their back. I don’t think they are Little Gulls because they were bigger and had a white ring around their eyes, and I doubt they are Black-headed Gulls because they don’t live around here. My guess is with the Franklin’s Gull because Laughing Gulls are more of shore and sea birds.
