   I’m not that good at identifying feathers, but it might be a Carolina wren, or like you said a House wren. I do know one thing though, that its a wing feather. Nice picture, its clear and you can see all the colors! I’m going to post a picture of a Carolina wren’s nest soon.

   Thanks Anna, however if you saw my last post about the mystery nest; I collected the feather from that nest.
