Have one bluebird fledging that is still in box. This is 2nd day of fledging. I saw sparrow fluttering around box and am afraid the will kill bluebird baby. Shall I open box to let baby fledge or tap on back of box, or let parents call him out. The parents stay nearby while they fed birds that have fledged and one that’s in box. Please reply asap.

Hi Barbara, It’s best to let things play out naturally here – no need to interfere.
