2 weeks ago this nest appeared complete and had cowbird eggs in it. Last week the Phoebe built a new nest “liner” on top of the old one, burying the cowbird eggs. Today only phoebe eggs. Clever bird

    I just discovered a tiny nest with 2 tiny eggs on my front porch! Bird is really tiny with long beak! How long does it take for eggs to hatch! She is very attentive!!! Thank you so much…

    Really tiny with a long beak could be a wren. We have Carolina wren’s in our yard and they like building nests in window sills next to the air conditioning unit and in our hanging baskets. Wren’s are a lot of fun to watch.
