Description

Needless to say there were some “U”s on the submission form for this day. Parent didn’t leave nest with noises and tapping the nest box. This was from March 29, 2018. She layed 4 eggs and successfully fledged 4 Titmouses.

Me and my family (except my older sister, who is 21 and staying in New England for college) are moving to very south Texas. And when I say south, I don’t mean San Antonio. I mean you can see Mexico from the road of our new house. I am looking to put up 2 nest boxes; one in the front yard meant for Carolina Wrens, and one in the back meant for Black-Crested Titmice.
This video is just adorable, and I can’t wait to have BCT nesting in our nest box!
