Hello Marilyn, My best guess is Grasshopper Sparrow based on the image. There appears to be a slight dome over the top, which is something Grasshopper Sparrows do. Egg coloration can vary widely and is similar among sparrows, so my guess is based mostly off of the “dome” over the top, along with your location. The best clue, of course, is to listen and watch for which birds are most common in this area.
