Description

These are photos from the first clutch of eggs laid by a very fecund hummingbird. She has now laid 6 eggs in this nest, and is currently incubating the 2 most recent eggs, in addition to feeding at least one fledgling that is still nearby.

She has kept the nest in good repair since first constructing it in January. She is a very impressive and dedicated parent.
