We have a motorboat and a house wren decided to build a nest in it 😐. Does it look like it has babys on it? Can i remove it? Please help!!

I can’t tell if there is babies. I think there is a law that says you can’t remove a nest, but if y’all are going to use the boat and if there’s no babies then I would remove it.

Hello, It is against federal law to remove a nest that has eggs or young inside. We do not recommend moving the nest in that case. However, if there are no eggs or young, the nest is considered inactive, and it is legal to remove the nest. Please check carefully, as wrens sometimes build their nest cups deep in the nest.
