Well, angel wing syndrome is caused by a nutritional deficiency and it only affects waterfowl, so it can’t be that. I think it is a broken wing. If you look up photos on Google, they look a lot like the dove.
It does look like his wing. He can fly though but not as fast.
I just saw a female dove that might have a broken wing. It doesn’t look as bad as the male’s wing but his wing started like that. I’ll keep an eye on her.
