Least Flycatcher? It's my best guess (I'm colorblind).

Least Flycatcher is a good guess. This is actually an Eastern Phoebe: http://nestwatch.org/learn/focal-species/eastern-phoebe/. It’s very common for Eastern Phoebes to nest on and around buildings. Least Flycatcher is visually similar, but builds a structurally different kind of nest, generally a woven cup placed in the fork of a tree (http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Least_Flycatcher/lifehistory).
