Description
What used to be a House Finch nest is now officially a Mourning Dove’s. They already have 1 egg, and I’m hoping there will be another one in the nest when I check the nest on Saturday. They almost always have 2 eggs so I’m hoping this nest will be a success.

Mourning Dove Takeover!
This is not a nest box, but it is a vent for our fireplace covered over with netting. The netting was put over it because the House Finch pair attempted to nest INSIDE of it last year. Thankfully we were able to protect them.
