It kinda looks more like a Bachman’s sparrow than the Rufous crowned,
But the Bachman’s would be rare in my area, because I live in Central Texas.
But I have never seen this sparrow before, but it may be Migrating.
Now I’m kind of second guessing the Bachman’s Sparrow because your bird has markings on its belly and the Bachman’s doesn’t. Now my guess is going with a Savannah Sparrow.
I’m thinking either a Bachman’s Sparrow or a Rufous Crowned Sparrow.
