Description
Three nests need ID. The 1st was about 10 feet high in an oak tree. The 2nd was in a small oak about two feet from the ground and the same with the 3rd.

The first one looks like a blue Jay nest or if you have a field with mice in it it could be a some type of hawk. The second or third one looks like a Robin, Bluebird,thrush or a mockingbird.I think it is a bluebird but if you think it’s one of those birds that I listed,think that then.
They are little nests. WAY too small to be a hawk I’m doing nest ID. Doesn’t look like a robin or mockingbird. I’m guessing a Cardinal. The picture looks just like it.
Which one are you talking about, the first second or third which you think is a cardinal nest?
OK,I can’t see if it’s big or not.
I think the second and third one is a Bluebird.
The first nest was a tiny bit bigger than the others. I think there all cardinal nests.
Not all.
You wouldn’t have three pairs of Cardinals nesting in your yard!
Or Blue Jay. We saw the “Cowbird” It’s a blue jay.
The nests aren’t in our yard. There at a park. We never had a nest in our yard.
Do you have any bird houses?
It’s sad that you don’t have any birds nesting in your yard. Is it multiple parks?
No, It’s one big park ~ The nests are pretty close to each other
We don’t have really any trees in our backyard where a bird could nest… 😞
We don’t have any nestboxes sadly. We do have a lot of store-bought and homemade bird feeders.

Any ideas?
My final guesses are: a cardinal or a Bluebird or a blue jay. But it could be a tufted titmouse’s nest:20%.
I rarely see titmice. We never see at our feeders.
