Beautiful shot!!! Are you sure this isn’t a Red-Shouldered Hawk? Red-Tailed Hawks usually have a whitish belly and lack red-orange coloring on their wings. Red-Shouldered Hawks however, have red-orange coloring on their breast and their shoulders.
Great photo either way!
Also, Red-shouldered hawks have a black and white patterning on their back and wings while Red-tailed hawks have a pretty much solid brown back with a few white patches. If it had a red tail then it was a Red-tailed hawk, if not then it was a Red-shouldered hawk.

This is a Red-shouldered Hawk, black and white checkered wings and overall rufous color matches.

As far as I know you can’t not change the title, I too made the same mistake but normally an admin/moderator can change it.
