Description
A robin pair built a nest on an old pallet leaning against one of our outbuildings. Any ideas why they would build so low? Wouldn’t that be dangerous?

We had a robin build a nest in a low bush in front of our house. Unfortunately the dog was the one who alerted me to it, and also the one who destroyed it. Not sure why they aren’t more careful.
