Is it just sticks, or are there other materials like mud, plastic, snakeskin?

  2. Ava Johnson says:

Could be a Northern Cardinal nest or Northern Mockingbird nest I think.
What kind of habitat is around the nest?

  3. Texas Bird Family says:

It’s in someone’s yard. Near a fence near the sidewalk. I think it had some leaves in it too but mostly sticks.

  4. Ava Johnson says:

I think it is probably a Northern Cardinal nest based on the location, and the materials it’s made of. It also looks a lot like the Cardinal nest that I’ve been monitoring.
I’m no nest expert though so I could be wrong!

  5. Texas Bird Family says:

    Thank you.
