Waiting For Me To Arrive Home….hmmm

3 juvenile black vultures. I saw an adult bird in the spring in my tree, I'm guessing it found a mate. These guys were comical to watch, as they interacted with one another.

Vultures are really stately, beautiful birds. A Black Vulture landed in our driveway one day, near the house where it could be observed closely. I was struck by the dignified silhouette of it’s shape.

I never thought of them that way. Only a bird that one of its own could love.
But, I know how useful they are for the environment.
