Description
While waiting for their parents to bring food, these White-Tailed Kite chicks become animated as the rising sun reaches their nest high in a stately, broad-crowned pine.
Was this filmed in Santa Cruz or in another location? I observed WTKI chicks this past September in Pacific Grove, CA and this looks like the place! Granted, most tree-tops look rather similar… Just wondering if these where the birds I saw.
