What is the difference between a coordinator and a contributor?
There are two possible roles in the community feature: coordinator and contributor. The chart on the How Communities Work page explains some of the differences in the permissions these roles have enabled.
These two types of roles exist because there are many different types of groups that use NestWatch together, from school classrooms to large organizations. We have found that groups share and manage data in many different ways, and a survey of NestWatchers suggested that these two roles were sufficient for most uses. If you prefer, you can have a community in which everyone is given coordinator roles.
