I’m also wondering if anybody has any ideas about how to prevent chipmunks getting the hatchlings. I’ve had chipping sparrows nest nearby another time, and the nest worked well until the babies were almost ready to fledge when they disappeared. 🙁 The nest is in an evergreen, and only about a foot off the ground
