Sometimes the birds eggs(the owner of that egg), they do not hatch because the cowbird is bigger and stronger(Because the cowbird normally hatches before the other) & steal the food before the other chicks can get the food.

I love cowbirds! I’m hoping to see a baby cowbird in a nest this spring. I’ve never seen one in a nest.
