Mockingbird fledgling yelling at its mother to feed it.
His mother won’t feed him anymore. Today he tried eating the suet by himself. It worked. He still has brown spots on his belly, but he can fly, and walk, and now he can eat.
The poor thing. He’s trying to eat string, rose pedals, and birdseed. NOT what mockingbirds are supposed to eat. Which are bugs.
The baby mockingbird can eat now! He came three times this morning.
