Male Ruby Throat
That is a female Ruby- throated Hummingbird, not a male.
Note the throat color ~ males are ruby and females are white. This hummer looks young.
I think that’s a female. Note the green spots on the throat. The red is reflecting off the feeder.

Actually, I think that is a young male Hummer. I looked at photos on eBird.
Female.
It’s a female. Males don’t have red spots.
I mean they do.

Males don’t have green spots and the red isn’t shiny on this hummingbird. It’s a female Ruby-Throated Hummingbird.
