I am still unsure of the type of bird. She looks like maybe a house wren, finch or even a mockingbird.

    Hi, Heather! This nest looks similar to an Eastern Phoebe nest that was erected in the “rafters” of one of our outbuildings last year. It had the same green, mossy covering and construction style. They have a tendency to tuck their nests under the eaves and into corners of buildings.
