I think that is a Cooper’s Hawk
Broad-tailed hawk.It was an outside pool,right??
Neat!
Also, this is actually an immature Cooper’s hawk. Immature Red-Tailed hawks are not quite as streaky as immature Cooper’s hawks. It’s also not a Broad-Winged hawk because they do not have as much streaking on their breast either, and any streaking they do have usually fades towards their legs.
