Happy Holidays from NestWatch

“If winter comes, can spring be far behind?” —Percy Bysshe Shelley, Ode to the West Wind

Wood Ducks spend the cold winter months courting and forming pairs for the upcoming nesting season. NestWatch staff will spend our winter getting ready for next year’s nesting season, including summarizing all of the 2017 data. Be sure to enter your data by the end of the year for inclusion in our annual report.

From all of us at NestWatch, we wish you and yours all the joys of the season!
