But from my experience, that looks like a song song sparrow nest. They sometimes return to the same nesting area every year, so they probably renovated it, which makes sense, considering the height of the nest. If the nest is near a marsh, swamp or water it could also belong to a swamp sparrow.
Swamp Sparrows nest only in wetlands. In the northern parts of the range, they use fens and bogs that have patches of open water, especially those dotted with shrubs. They also nest in peat bogs with little open water.
These are not hummingbird nests. Their nest are about the size of a 25c piece.
