Summer Tanager Babies

This Summer Tanager nest was high in a oak tree in our yard. Their nests are not well hidden, and last year their nest was raided by a Raven that ate the eggs. I checked every day to make sure these babies were still there. I found one narrow sight line where I could see the nest clearly, and set up my pop-up blind to hide and get photos. The babies survived and fledged!
